Great location once we found it. There wasn’t a clear direction given and was confused after speaking to the owner. But we found what we think was the land. It was great quiet worth every penny.

Amazing location, photos don't do it justice. Be aware that the Sheriff might do a helicopter flyover, in case you're rolling sound. They didn't bother us because our shoot was MOS, they came twice.

William is really great to work with, his locations are extremely remote, I've scouted 4 of them. They're ideal for shooting. You have a lot of space, this particular tower location has several different looks on one property and it is quiet enough to roll sound.

William was great to work with. His location is fantastic and exactly what our production was looking for. The house was in perfect working order, there were no issues with electricity for the lighting team, and everything was as described. The neighborhood was generally quite quiet. We had a pleasant experience and got everything we needed.
