Gavin was extremely accommodating, very professional and easy to work with. His space was exactly what we needed + offered a bit of room for tweaking the set if we needed to.

Gavin was very responsive and flexible. We used the spot for just a few hours as base camp since we were shooting down the street and I was happily surprised to see how cool and well-equipped his space was. Would definitely contact him again if need be in the future.
