Perfect. Just perfect. We used it for a one-day art exhibition and it all worked out perfectly well. It is a clean canvas on which you can do anything. The three main space areas are ideal for having different themes. The place was impeccably clean. The backyard adds that extra charm. Communication with Joel was smooth, professional and courteous. Thinking about booking it regularly.

Really great experience with Noel and the space. We used it for a video shoot and though sound from the street was an issue, we were able to make it work. Highly recommended for photo and events...for video with sound, expect some street noise. This was not unexpected on my part so all is good!
