This is a fantastic space! Exactly as described. Kristin was always very quick to respond to any questions and provided a very detailed document the day before the rental with any and all information one would need. We will absolutely be booking again!

I held my 21st birthday party here and it was honestly perfect and absolutely magical!!! So many of my friends loved it and one is even planning on renting it out for her own birthday. The value for your money is incredible considering the time for which you have the space (on an Autumn Friday; $400 7AM-midnight). Kristin was also very easy to communicate with, especially on the day of the event. The gallery itself is just beautiful and the back patio added a magical touch and was a huge hit with the guests. The different rooms create little pockets of space for different functions so we were able to set up a photobooth in one room, the food and cake in another, etc. All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience. Yes, I did have to rent out a lot of the things like tables and chairs (for the interior), but the space was so great that it was worth it.

The space was amazing and even better in person. Kristen and Noel were great and super quick to respond with any questions I had. It was a dream renting from them and so happy I had my first art show here. Would recommend it/them to anyone. Location was super accessible and still lots of parking around so no complaints.
