This is a great place for a celebration event! We threw a graduation party for my wife at this beautiful Venice property. Aaron was a very responsive host and there were no complications from beginning to end. It was a pleasure filming at this location. Aaron and Julia were very kind and helpful. They were very accommodating with our production needs. The house is very beautiful and peaceful. It is also very convenient for production needs such as setting up crafty or make up room, etc. I highly recommend this place.
