We sell independent Canadian designers, and had a location on Ossington for 6 years. We've moved to a Pop-Up/personal shopping model, and require pop-up spaces every 4-6 weeks.

We were disappointed to see the state in which our space was left, especially after explicitly outlining our guidelines regarding furniture and props both in person and online. Nothing was put back, nothing was swept or tidied, there were empty cans left under our sink, and one of the blinds was left open. What we thought would be a routine cleaning of the space turned out to be a more in depth job and we almost had to reschedule a booking that was coming in the following morning. We feel that our space and our time was disrespected, and as these renters are also fellow business owners, we expected more.
