The space was very nice and the location was great! Loading and unloading might be challenging if you have bigger heavier things since there in a bus stop right in front of the store and not enough parking however it’s not a super busy street so it works! In our experience with Andy he wasn’t friendly at all. He was quite flexible moving most of the things around which was nice. However, one of our helpers canceled on the day of and our loading took a bit longer than expected. I offered to drive there with another car and get the keys from him. When I arrived (and as well as over the phone) I apologized a few times for being late, however, he was very unfriendly to me and he wasn’t not understanding AT ALL! Renting the space for $500 for a 2 day event I expect a better customer service and higher level of understanding, especially since he’d told us he will move things around and he was supposed to be there doing that for about at least 20-30 minutes anyways. Lastly, cleaning fee is $50 but I’m not sure why we paid that!!
The floor and all the shelves were extremely dusty and the storefront windows and the mirror was very dirty! We ended up cleaning the windows and the mirror and cleaned all of our garbage and yet paid $50!!
Overall, it’s a great space but the customer service is poor.
