Renter did not read or follow the rules for the space (wasn't prepared for how to enter the space). Left the space very poorly, every piece of furniture was moved and not returned, pieces of garbage everywhere, props thrown in corners. The details for the space very clearly outline what is included in the cleaning fee and what is not, so it's apparent they didn't read the info.
I missed the window on requesting additional funds to cover the time needed to fix the studio, so I'd ensure if you rent to them you're on site when their bookings is complete to ensure the space is good.
