Elegant Event Space with Stage (Fully Equipped) I first scouted the space for a potential short film shoot. There was too much filtering in of street noise for our quiet scene but we ended up booking the space for a rehearsal and it was great for that purpose. Good central location, we didn't have issues with parking and Dennis was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Modern Podcast Studio (Fully Equipped) Dennis was great, and so was the facility! It's a great studio with everything you need, but no large crews! You shouldn't need a large crew for a podcast shoot anyways. 1 DP can easily monitor multiple cameras on one monitor, outside audio was not an issue, and everything was easy to use. Will rent again!
