Lulu books for a professional production company (1 Hundred Percent Entertainment) that does imaginative work. They actually shot a scene with a horse and carriage on our property (pre-arranged and agreed to by us) which was entertaining for both us and our neighbors (and had zero negative impact on our lawn). They came with less than a dozen crew members, which was a moderate number compared to some other productions we've hosted and this meant only moderate impact in terms of foot traffic. Full lighting kit, downsized camera and sound equipment. Crew was polite and professional, even as they were in the middle of a multi-week, multi-location shoot involving long hours. They respected our property and were anxious to grab a broom and dust pan for post shoot clean-up of any bits of leftover gaffer tape and dinner crumbs. Given the complexity of this specific shoot (which included extensive make-up and costuming for their two actresses), the production moved a bit slowly, but that wasn't a problem. They ran up a bit of OT and paid that promptly! We enjoyed our experience and would welcome another round with Lulu and the project's director, Fame, any time.
