Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe! Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area. This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. It was very nice and it looks exactly like the pictures. Only issue was the floors were absolutely filthy which caused a problem for some photo opportunities as our feet bottoms were black.

This space was BEAUTIFUL + Zachary was a great host. Pros: - Dynamic space where you can have multiple mini sets - Large gorgeous windows (easy to bring in light and block with black curtains) - Host was easy to communicate with, accommodating and very helpful - The space was clean when we got there and easy to use - We used the space to record audio and video and do broll, was great for audio when we had no one in the space next to us - The common area is great for extra space for gear - great shops close by for lunch/craft - good location - AC was great Cons: - Audio in the common space can get loud - if you're recording ensure you have the space and surrounding space to yourself
