This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe!
Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area.
This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking!

The host was very patient with me, I would recommend booking any of their spaces.
I was able to host my birthday party in this space with at least 40 guests. The space makes it possible for you to interact with your guests and enjoy the ambiance.

Zachary + Amanda were the best hosts!
They were extremely accommodating, so helpful with everything for our shoot, communication was a breeze and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!
The place was so spacious and even more beautiful inside.
The girls and I also loved all the decor -and when we came in the candles were already lit around the loft which was a nice touch!
Will definitely come back soon!
