Couple looking to rent house for commercials and other venues. The house has been featured in a few commercials, video clips, magazines, ads, etc. We live in a cul-de-sac with plenty parking, additionally production companies have used adjacent streets and parking lot at the Balboa Park located less than a mile way. House is located with of 405 and 101.

Open Concept Americana on Cul-de-Sac This is a one-of-a kind location in LA. The beautiful Americana exterior was perfect for our look and the quiet, low traffic cul-de-sac location made for a very easy shoot! Thanks Krista!

Open Concept Americana on Cul-de-Sac Krista was an absolutely fantastic host and her location was picture perfect, production friendly, and ergonomic. Throughout every step of the process, Krista's communication was professional and her candor was straight forward, helpful, and, most importantly, honest. Her location had it all for our commercial: a lovely front yard, an austere, beautiful interior, a backyard perfect for client village, and a neighbor's yard and driveway that we were able to rent separately for production, hmu, and catering (her neighbor was also delightful to work with). I cannot recommend working with Krista and filming at her location highly enough and genuinely hope to find myself there again in the future!
