Kevin & Ci Ci made them accessible through communication when needed regarding location questions, they were great to work with. Decent amount of loading space/parking spots for smaller crews with more parking around the corner. Potential crews will want to ask about the light switch systems as some of the house lights/sets seemed to be wired to the same switch which made lighting not the most flexible. Overall great location with great hosts.
Ci Ci was very friendly and helpful. The space was amazing. Got some great work done. 10/10 recommend to independent filmmakers or anyone for that matter.
