Had to rent the space on an extremely short notice (Same Day). Saam was super accommodating, and made it work for my team.
They have two sets, one black wall and another white backdrop situated in a very large warehouse with plenty of space for everything.
The space has free parking on the premises for about 6 cars, ground level and you can get all your equipment in through their bay doors which makes the prep process extremely easy and painless. (our team is never going back to a place with stairs or an elevator lol)
Also wanted to note that Saam had very fast replies, will 100% be renting again
