Although Ariel was very helpful for booking, my production team felt slightly unwelcome closed to the end of the 4 hour booking. Firstly we were not told the heat in the building was broken until we arrived so I would recommend a tour before booking as my mother ended up catching a cold because she wasn’t moving around. The space has multiple space heaters but it is not of a commercial nature and does nothing to warm the 1600sft. I had to do a few fast changes and was freezing when not filming. What really turned me off was we were interrupted one entire hour before our booking was over and Ariel asked us to end 30 mins early so we could put back up the Christmas trees that were NOT in the picture of the set and needed to be moved out as our production was not related to the holidays. She mentioned it was because a person had booked for 4pm? But I booked from 12-4pm so I felt it was unprofessional as we were charged a cleaning fee and the host shouldn’t book back to back during Covid.
I was honestly sad with the heater situation and although the space is beautiful, if needs to be comfortable to work in. My production team only needed 15 mins to put back the Christmas stuff (which we were going to do and just did not appreciate being asked to end early for the purpose of another booking as we deserve our fully booked time) and I asked Ariel to come out and see if everything was to their liking! She thanked me and offered a card. I honestly would only book again once the heat is fixed.

We had a successful photo shoot at this studio!
Lovely Space, Ariel was available the whole time for anything we needed. But at the same time had our privacy.
We were able to take lots of amazing shots at this studio, had an elegant feel and that’s what we were looking for.

Really great space for creative projects! It has all the tools you'd need in terms of lighting and backgrounds! Would definitely rent again!
