Beautiful space! Great communication. Anything I needed, I was able to discuss with Serj and Nilik. Plenty of parking with extended driveway. Looking forward to working with them again.

This was an incredible location. We used this for a music video and it was so perfect. Serji was a great host and allowed us to modify our times accordingly. His house was amazing! We had some many great looks that we walked with in edit! Thanks Serji! Highly Recommend!
