I am an artist with a studio at my residence. I design and recreate the exterior landscape every 6 months. We have been approached numerous times for photo-shoots and filming, however only recently decided to host. We are very accomodating, but somewhat particular on who we accept on the property. We have used the interior in film shoots and I am willing to discuss, if needed. I am also negotiable on the pricing if we can discuss what your plans are with the project or the length of time you would want to lease...I look forward to discussing with you!
