Rikk has a lovely place! He was extremely accommodating, and the home itself is gorgeous. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that when we entered the home a man who said he was Rikk's nephew was smoking on the couch which left a weed smell, and the air conditioning seemed to not be powerful enough to cool the 20 guests in the home as multiple people mentioned they were too warm. The home itself was beautiful, the view was awesome, and Rikk's service was great. I trust the aforementioned concerns will be fixed for future renters. Thanks, Rikk!

Amazing experience. The view from this space gives you exactly what you want to see from the top of LA. We used this space for a video/photo shoot and it has a real vibe to it that my models and crew could not stop talking about. Rikk and I will be speaking a lot more because I am surely using this space a lot more.
Rikk made sure we had everything we needed to get into this space it was such a simple process compared to other locations I have used. He even had some snacks and drinks in the fridge.
