Modern Home with Multi-Use Spaces
Mark was a very good guest. He had great communication including letting me know in advance they may be going over time and paid the extra fee. My home was left in good condition.

Mark was punctual and arrived on time for the booking. However, there were more people there for the event than noted, he didn't vacate the space until almost an hour after cut off time, and none of the doors to the space were locked upon leaving as asked.
