Stylish Event Space and Production Studio I recently had the pleasure of shooting in the knife factory for a film shoot, and I couldn't be more impressed. The venue is incredibly spacious and versatile, making it a perfect backdrop for various types of scenes. One of the standout features is the self-entry system, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
The flexibility of the space allowed us to set up and shoot exactly as we envisioned, and the ample room meant we could move around easily without feeling cramped. The venue's layout is thoughtfully designed, and it was clear that a lot of consideration went into making it a functional and adaptable space. Would definitely recommend!

Stylish Event Space and Production Studio What an amazing experience working with Chelsea and her wonderful, versatile location. The space is ample, and the cozy basement holding is very helpful for production office. We appreciated how helpful and communicative Chelsea was every step of the way, and that she even threw in a wardrobe rack, hangers, chairs, and tables for our Production. We did not roll sound and thus were able to keep the sliding door open for the nice breeze that day. But if you do intend to roll sound–given the area has some wholesale warehouses there and deliveries in the day–you'll want to keep that door closed.
The coolest part was we were able to creative multiple looks/sets within this one location. The beautiful kitchen island is on rollers which is so great for changing up the set (blue wall/bookshelf vs. fall-kitchen vs. white brick wall with beaming light from the outside-in).
