This was a perfect space for my engagement party. We had 15 people in there, and there was still lots of room. Nick was so easy to work with, and was a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend.

Hello,
Nick was my host on May 5th.
When I enter my space Nick had left his personal photos on the wall and had not put screws into the wall as he had said he would. He then proceed to call me unprofessional, self-centered and selfish. All this being said while in his space with only him and myself. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable, I left the space visibly upset. My partner (male) went into the space and Nick instantly changed his tune. He was able to speak with respect to my partner and showed him around the space. Nick never apologized to me for his disrespect. He then put a claim in for 100.00 of my security deposit in which Open Space provided him as they did not believe me. If you would like to be verbally assaulted then book with Nick and if you want to then not be believed call Tavvi from this open space.

Had a great experience using this space for a bridal photo shoot. It was easy communicating with Nick. The space was beautiful. Arranging a meeting to get in and leave was super easy. Will definitely look to use this space again.

Nick was great to communicate with and the space was beautiful. The only thing I would say is that the space was smaller that what we expected from the photo BUT it was still a great space nonetheless.

Nick was very helpful and accommodating! He answered all my questions super fast. The exposed brick, lighting and location was the perfect backdrop for my sister's bridal shower. Everything turned out exactly as I had imagined. Thank you so much!
