I cannot rate this space highly enough.
Juan has been absolutely amazing and so accommodating - helping us deal with our last minute additional equipment needs to be immediately responsive the day of to help us/add items as requested.
The lighting in this loft is beautiful so if you are looking for a "downtown city scape" this is a great option.
I will book with him again in a heartbeat.
The following comment is no reflection on Juan G or the Loft. The only special consideration is cast and crew parking. The parking lot right next door to the Loft is a not reliable (there's no way to confirm you've paid) and closed early. Be prepared to shuttle cast and crew if you don't want them walking a few blocks.
This place is excellent and it’s got the best daylight lighting than any place I’ve shot at. It’s amazing to have the natural light make editing even easier
