Juan literally never disappoints. We had an awesome shoot when we started it was a little before golden hour and it was after sundown when we left and the lighting is so perfect day and night. This is a great space and one of the most accommodating host you can ask for
By far my favorite location to film at. The lighting is beautiful in the day time and even at night the simplicity allows you to get creative with your own lighting the furnishings are beautiful and the host Juan is amazing
Juan was very easy to work with and had great communication and response time. We were recording audio and the building was quiet enough for us to do so. We rented some last minute sandbags and chairs without issue.
Juan was receptive and available for all our questions. Communication was excellent. The space was clean and ready for our use. Our guests loved the beautiful brick interior. Restrooms were clean, and there was plenty of space. Great event space and host!
