Excellent experience! The loft and freight elevator were awesome. Juan and his assistant Erin were both very kind and super easy to work with, same goes for the other employees we encountered in the building. Highly recommend!
This is literally the best host in LA you’ve got to see the space and just let your creative energy flow. There’s no downside to this space and Juan is an understanding and excellent host.
The studio is beautiful and looks like the pictures. Juan was very responsive and helpful throughout the scout and the shoot. However, both elevators were out of service on the day we filmed, which caused some inconvenience having to carry all of our gear to the 3rd floor of the building! Juan did give us an extra hour for free to compensate, which is a nice gesture, but it was still inconvenient having to carry gear up 3 flights of stairs! I'm guessing this doesn't happen all the time, but it is an old building, so it's something to consider if renting for a large production.
I had such a wonderful experience hosting my 30th birthday party here. Juan was so awesome to work with, super thoughtful and responsive every step of the way - my friends and family absolutely loved the space! I would 100% love to host another event here very soon!
