Great studio for the price! The space was clean, very roomy, and communication with the host was excellent. It had everything I needed for my 8-hour rental.
The only challenge was parking — on Tuesday after 9 am, it was tough to find a spot. The nearby garage was full, and there was no metered parking available. That might have just been a lucky day since I’m not familiar with the area. Also, if you’re planning to record and use audio, keep in mind it’s located on a busy street, on the second floor, so periodical street noise is practically unavoidable.
Overall, excellent experience. I’d definitely rent this studio again.
