Awesome space! Lots of different little places that can be used all in one large room. There's tons of light both from the window and the overhead lights, and the host provides prompt, clear communication. For the price it's fantastic.
Great studio for the price! The space was clean, very roomy, and communication with the host was excellent. It had everything I needed for my 8-hour rental.
The only challenge was parking — on Tuesday after 9 am, it was tough to find a spot. The nearby garage was full, and there was no metered parking available. That might have just been a lucky day since I’m not familiar with the area. Also, if you’re planning to record and use audio, keep in mind it’s located on a busy street, on the second floor, so periodical street noise is practically unavoidable.
Overall, excellent experience. I’d definitely rent this studio again.
