Tyler was great and his alt rock group (TheUncrtn) is very talented. There are only three performers and he works with a single videographer, so it's pretty low impact. All involved were pleasant, professional and respectful of the property. They brought in a fair amount of lighting equipment and clearly knew what they were doing with it. They shoot music videos, so the drummer brought his kit, but they taped the cymbals to mute them and honestly, sitting in the bedroom above the room where they were shooting, it was surprisingly not that loud. Even my cats got used to it. These are professional up-and-coming musicians who are young and fun, but serious about their work. They have shot many, many videos over several years. They know the look they're after and they're seasoned when it comes to getting it. Definitely experienced at shoots and professional in the way they go about their business, as well as how they treat the property and interact with owners. Would welcome them back in a heartbeat, no problem.
