Amazing location. Great authentic feel to it. Be aware lots of stairs if not using the first floor recording studio. All in all fantastic team, and a great location. Would shoot here again.

Vintage Downtown Warehouse and Recording Studio I worked with Dave, and he was really nice and went beyond what would be expected to accommodate my shoot. I had an issue with lighting and he rustled up a light from somewhere in storage and figured out how to hang it from the ceiling really quickly. If I need a space like this again, I won't hesitate to book it!

Vintage Downtown Warehouse and Recording Studio We were here for the MV shoot, and had a great time!
They have tons of great musical equipment (modern and antique) which makes both a modern and classical vibe.
The owner and staff are very friendly and cooperative!
Highly recommend this location!
