Beautiful Craftsman with Huge Backyard and Pool This beautiful home was perfect for our film shoot. It feels just like the Grand Californian and photographed beautifully. Well maintained, friendly owners, a big driveway for the grip van and we staged grip gear in the detached garage. We used different areas of the home and were able to make it feel like three separate locations. There was also plenty of room for talent holding and a lovely outdoor deck for lunch. The permit here is easy and cheap ($100) and the parking is plentiful (though be sure not to park on the side of the street that says 'No Parking'). We put down ram board to protect some of the flooring and had tennis balls on all the stands. A beautiful home that's a great space to film your next project in!

Beautiful Craftsman with Huge Backyard and Pool This house is absolutely amazing. Kristie and her family were such great hosts. The neighbors and the city were easy to deal with as well. I would highly recommend this house to everyone and I will for sure be coming back again.
