A wonderful experience! Kathy was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Her place was a great spot for our scene and I'm very glad we shot here. 5/5 would recommend!

Kathy is an amazing host who was always available for any questions we had on set and was very accommodating for our requests. Highly recommended, would film here again.

Beautiful home, both inside and out. Kathy and her site rep were great host for our film shoot!! The long driveway for our equipment truck was perfect. Booking process was smooth, and Kathy was responsive to all our questions which was appreciated on our time crunch (it was a quick booking during the holidays).

Kathy was incredibly easy to communicate with. She answered many questions prior to our booking and made herself easily available the day of as things came up. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was truly a delight to chat with. Her space is just as beautiful as the pictures- maybe even moreso in real life! Great shoot. Would absolutely recommend this listing!!!
