Modern Estate Home - Santa Monica Mountains The house was amazing for our shoot, giving us plenty of different looks on camera. There was a ton of space for all our equipment, hair & makeup, wardrobe, etc. Jon was one of the better hosts I've ever worked with across several location rental platforms. Highly recommend!

Modern Estate Home - Santa Monica Mountains Jon is the best site rep I've ever worked with on a shoot. The place is amazing and very spacious with lots of amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of street parking for small / medium size crews. Would happily shoot here again.
