Great Space!
Boris, the landlord, was very professional. Everything was straight forward, one of the easiest setups we ever had.
If you do an event here, you should promote your location.
There is some foot traffic, but the majority of customers we had came from our promotions. Thumbs up for "The Playground"

I used the space for two full months and found it to be exactly what I needed. Boris was a joy to work with and the room was like an unpainted canvas just waiting for me to be creative. I'll use it again...in fact, I have it booked already for 2020
