We had a fantastic photo shoot with Thalia and her amazing team! The communication from the get-go was positive, responsive and informative and I felt like I knew exactly what was expected prior to their arrival. They were filming a product that required the use of our pool water and explained everything that they needed. The day of the photoshoot, the team showed up on time and was quick to unload their equipment and get set up. Unfortunately, upon their arrival we discovered a major issue with our pool water. We tried our best to correct it and had our pool guy out to try and fix it too, but nothing we did worked. I’m sure the team was disappointed but you wouldn’t know it because they were kind, understanding, and polite about the whole thing. They made it work despite the set back. They seemed to have a productive day and left the premise exactly how they found it. They went above and beyond to clean up. It was our first time encountering an issue and I’m so glad it was with a team that was so great. We loved having them here and would have them back in a heartbeat if the opportunity ever arose.

Honestly one of the best crew/actor experiences I've had here. This shoot was for a swing set company, so they set up in the front yard and had the most beautiful young actors swinging away all day :) Respectful, sweet, clean and very professional ... hope they need me again and hope the swing sets do really well! :)
