I am the producer, writer and director of this short film. Although it is the first time I've served in all those capacities I have acted in about 30 short films and non-union TV programs over the past 3 years (I stopped acting for 20 years while my wife and I raised our daughter). I've been studying playwriting and screenwriting for 6 years now. One of my one-acts received the Audience Award at a play festival at the Player's Theatre in Manhattan. Another one will be presented as part of the Strawberry One-Act Play Festival in September. I have worked for more than 30 years in the children's publishing industry so I'm very professional and reliable. My wife and I live in Westchester.
Sam Schmitz, the Director of Photography, has worked in the film industry for 11 years. He is very professional (has his own on set insurance) and will be hiring and managing the small crew. There will only be 5 crew members: Sam, the Sound Guy, the Gaffer, a Production Assistant and a Make Up Artist. There are 3 actors in the film so the total will be 8 people. Of course, we will be extremely cautious and respectful of your beautiful property.
