Lots of miscommunications between the location, security, and the owners, but all in all it was a beautiful space to film in. Once we got everything settled the space worked well with what we were hoping to use it for. I would book this place again, I would just ask a lot more questions beforehand.

Fantastic space with great varieties in office environments.
Incredible location in Santa Monica about 2 blocks from the beach.
Property manager was very accommodating while balancing the core business which is a multi-use workspace.
