The location was just like the photos, very spacious and neat. Kathy was very kind and always made herself available to answer any questions. I would strongly recommend this place!
This space was amazing to shoot at; Kathy was great to work with, the house is large and with spaces like the patio and kitchen for staging gear and food for the crew. The backyard is stellar with a good space for greenrooms, shooting, or background holding. The house itself is organized and easy to navigate. The neighborhood was easy to get to with plenty of street parking; would 100% recommend this house for your next shoot! :)
Kathy was so lovely and accommodating! The house was perfect for our student film - plenty of space, great control of the light - and it's in an area where you do NOT need a permit to film on private property. I will look into this house for my next student film project - it has a price that can't be beat, tons of room for equipment/crew, and the kindest owner!
