Shot here twice now. Kathy is a very nice owner and easy to work with. Great rate for the location and she was generous with allocating extra room for our production. She was flexible on top of this.

We filmed at the Harvey Home for 3 days - 12 hour shifts each day. This location was just perfect for the setting that we were going for!!
Kathy was incredibly accommodating of our tech scout request and all throughout the shoot. She is also really fast with her responses. During the shoot, she was close by so it was very easy to communicate certain requests with her and she would always be willing to help us out. On two of the days, it rained and Kathy provided us with enough towels at all entry points which was a great help to the production team. There are some house rules (for good reason!) that you are required to follow should you choose to film at this location.
Good thing about this location is that you do not need a city permit to film here!
This location was amazing! Kathy, our host, was equally as incredible with her fast responses and accommodations. Kathy was also very easy to talk to and was always open to our questions and needs. Would encourage anyone considering to rent this place to do so. Couldn't recommend more!
The house is great for shoots. It doesn’t require a permit hence, its the best option for students who have low budget. Kathy, and her dog Penny were the best hosts ever. She was very cooperative from the beginning and very helpful. Would shoot there again. Thank you Kathy for everything!
