Tropical Oasis with Hot Tub and Heated Pool Inside the house. As well as the pool area and deck we're great. Highly recommend. The host was very nice as well.

Hidden Oasis with a Heated Salted Pool Gianfranco and his partner were so sweet and accommodating. Their space was extremely tidy and fresh. Lots of variety within the 3 bedrooms and additional spaces. The backyard is gorgeous and gets great morning/midday and early afternoon lighting (sitting on the east side of the house the pool runs east to west). The side yard under the overhang is wider and longer than anticipated. All the furniture surfaces are sturdy except for the teal room bed with the posts (some wiggle). The living room gets beautiful lighting in the afternoon (west facing). The house is quiet, the fridge isn't noisy but there is a nexdoor neighbor on the south side that uses a blower or a shopvac in the afternoon (weekday). Driveway parking is semi narrow but can fit roughly 3 cars (except for when the golf cart is there). There is an empty lot across from the house that we used as additional parking and seemed to be okay. This location worked great for us and we will happily be back to shoot some more scenes!! Hidden Oasis with a Heated Salted Pool What a cool and cute house. Even though it's in the central location, it feels like out in the country, nice and quite neighborhood. The house is not huge, but very cozy inside.
The backyard was my favorite part. It reminds you of sometihing like a resort. Very cool and warm pool with no chlorine, beds all around, and cool string lights all over. I bet hanging out there after sunset is very pretty.
I am definitely coming back here to do more shoots and even just hang out. Thank you.

Hidden Oasis with a Heated Salted Pool Me and my team had a photoshoot in Gianfranco's house. He is friendly, professional and right away helped us with our requests. The property was clean, the backyard is a hidden jem. Interiors were decorated nicely and modern. We'll definitely come back!
