I have used Lovt Studios very often with Zach and Amanda. I have a relationship with them, so when I saw the East Studio I was referred to Ashley. This was my first time using the East studio. I loved the space. Looks exactly like the pictures. Prior to using the studio, I wanted to view the studio before with Ashley and she was very kind enough to agree. I had a personal emergency to attend to and I didn't show up. I am very sorry for that. We are professionals and that was not right for me to not get in touch. I felt as though there was a lack of care or grace for me in something that was out of my control. My intention was not to ghost you at all. I still paid money to use the studio, as a customer I deserve at least some kind of compassion.
I honestly wanted to leave a glowing review because of Zach and Amanda, but I can't because of the following reasons:
The studio lacks a number to get in touch with Ashley. Which is super crucial especially for first time studio users.
The building is very hard to find.
The studio was very hot. Very Very hot.
