A great space, perfect for our audition session! Clean, comfortable, lots of tables, chairs, a separate private conference room, great Wifi! Nice little kitchenette area and restroom. Good sized elevator in the building so you don't have to haul all your gear up the stairs. The location is centrally located with easy parking! Griselda was friendly and a communicative host. She's super helpful and takes pride in this space. Would rent again!
Griselda was so welcoming and trusting of us using her space! It was perfect for our short sketches we filmed, which take place in conference rooms and an office. Super clean, cute, and smooth process. Would definitely book again!!
The space was perfect for our needs. Griselda was an attentive and engaged host who always inquired if the production needed any support. Highly recommend for any production looking to work in a flexible and accommodating location. Further the limited weekend foot traffic was perfect for the shoot as there was no disruption to the set.
Griselda was communicative, friendly, and very accommodating for our modest film shoot. We really felt like the space was fully available to us for exploration and customization. Instructions were simple and thorough and had wonderful amenities available to us including lots of parking! We are looking forward to the day that we can utilize the space again!
