At the end of the day Sam came through.
Moving ahead I believe that all communication should be done on the booking site platform so that you're both on the same page.
Things such as call time/wrap time estimate should be discussed prior to shoot day especially if you have production bookings back to back and need to allow adequate time to rearrange rooms that have been set dressed and clean up after each production.
Be sure to discuss lay out board in the shoot areas where there will be equipment and or prosthetics.
If there is a tight location budget the producer should disscuss this with the host so that the host can make the necessary arrangements to allow overtime etc.
