The space was amazing & very accommodating. Easy floor level entrance which was easy to locate. Had my pop-up shop & birthday here and both spaces worked out perfectly!

The space is nice and has an industrial vibe. I would not recommend this for a retail event as there is not much traffic and is hard to find unless you put up signs. The venue owner is ok there were a lot of strict rules in place for a space that is offered for retail. We could not have music over 60 percent loudness as it is a residential space. It would be ideal for something quiet such as yoga definitely not something if you are looking to get sales and have a good time.
