Beautiful home!!! Sabrina is super kind and helpful when it comes to scheduling your booking and location scouts. There are planes about every 2 to 3 minutes, so be mindful when it comes to sound. The backyard is spacious and the house stays relatively cool during a hot summer day. I'd recommend.

Sabrina's space is a pleasure to shoot in for our e-commerce production team as always! The living room space and the kitchen is nice and open, and the backyard gives us a lot of flexibility. I would advise to be aware of sound if recording audio after 5pm, as the air traffic at the nearby Long Beach airport ramps up during that time.
