Rick was a super host! Our production went without any problems. His neighbors allowed for all our cars to fit. The permitting process for his neighborhood was quick and easy. I highly recommend Ricks house for productions

Rick was fantastic! The space was amazing! He was very accommodating and hospitable to our situation. The backyard area was beautiful and spacious. Rick set up tables for the event and was readily available for whatever we needed. I just want give a special thanks to Rick and his wife for letting us extend the time on the event and letting us come into their home and making us feel very welcoming. My niece's Baby Shower was a success!!!

The ideal experience – great communication throughout the whole process. Patient with our delays, extremely helpful answering our questions and requests, and very generous with their time and space. The location was a beautiful and quiet space for documentary sit down interviews. I recommend 100%.
