This is a beautiful 2,800 sq ft space with high ceilings. It has big industrial windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is located on the top floor (7th floor), so out of each window is a gorgeous view of DTLA. There is an elevator with the option of stairs. As well as a freight elevator. The office has an incredible geometric mural that is amazing for shooting, wardrobe, or make up. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler, etc. There are two bathrooms located directly across the hall. It is fully equipped with two AC's and a ceiling fan. There are black velvet drapes, which can be pulled to the side, cover all the windows or be completely removed with the railing. The furniture and props can be moved around.

This was exactly the space that we envisioned for our project. The communication with the host was excellent. Definitely would choose to use the public parking lots if booking for 3 hours plus.

Great space, great light, great decor and props. Jonathan was helpful and pleasant to work with. He let us go in and film what we needed and even came in to help us move a prop when we asked. Great location.
