Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. I look forward to showing you around and answering any questions you have.
Our experience shooting our film project at the Woodbury Estate couldn't have been better! Communication and professionalism was top notch and the location provided everything we needed and then some. It was so refreshing to work with such a professional team. Sally, Peter and Adrian helped us with all of our needs big and small. There is plenty of room in this 17 room home for both filming and equipment staging and the long, expansive driveway was a bonus too. The period details are extraordinary, including the ornate stair case and incredibly large living room. Additionally, the location boasts an expansive backyard area and is within walking distance of many great restaurants and crew parking options. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location! It can work well for large television and film productions as well as smaller projects too.
This was a wonderful experience shooting at this amazing house. Sally, the location manager, was excellent to work with. She made the process very easy. Great communication and very helpful. It made for a very smooth shoot.

Filming here was an incredible experience! Sally was the most accommodating host we have ever worked with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our shoot and was such a huge help to us throughout the filming process. Her communication was great and coordinating everything was extremely simple and easy. The house itself is truly amazing. There are so many awesome rooms/spaces throughout, that it was hard to pick and choose which ones to film. The feel and vibe of the house is so rich and dynamic, almost as if you could feel the history of those who had spent time here in the past. I think this quality really adds to the depth of what you’re filming and seemed to impact all of the actors and crew involved. It is my favorite filming location to date. The experience was surreal and something we will remember forever. I would highly recommend filming here if you have the chance.
Such a great host. So helpful and understanding. She made everyone feel welcomed and helped everyone park. Definitely coming back. The location it’s self is amazing. There’s more to It than what you see in the pictures.
