Amazing place!! Spacious and the fan was so helpful while recording videos!! (A little more lighting would be nice) but overall beautiful studio and a lot of amenities

This is a great space for those who are hosting any type of yoga/meditation/fitness themed class or event as the space has many props (blocks, bolsters, and blankets are all there), a nice bamboo floor, and a washroom. It was perfect for the small yoga retreat that I hosted.

This cozy downstairs space was perfect for our workshop! Though right on the busy Danforth stretch and close to the subway, it was the perfect quiet, private space we needed for our group. There is lots of room to move, but somehow it also feels cozy. Will be booking again.
