N Hollywood Pool/tiki bar
We had issue not with the producer but their on site manager that insisted we were not entitled to the agreed upon 120 set up fee and added two hours of added building usage even though it was signed off in the contract and added awareness of the sign off of the on site agreement.

An Elegant Gentleman's Ranch with Cowboy Bar
Had a great experience with James C and his crew. The shoot went well and the guests were nice and friendly. They were careful to put everything back where they found it and left my ranch as clean as when they arrived. I did submit that they extended their time 1 1/2 hours and were aware of the issue. I would enjoy them coming back again.
