The production company is professional, brings lots of lights but small, manageable camera equipment. It looked like they were getting nice results and they were polite and respectful of the property. I didn't hear back from them after making the booking until the night before, which was fine, although I do like to touch base a tad sooner just to make sure we're all on the same page.
One negative--which wasn't necessarily the production company's fault--was that one of the members of their client group had been smoking in the car on the way to the shoot. The smell transferred into our house and took running pair of air purifiers all night on high to tamp it down. This was the second time this happened with different production companies. I guess we should write something in our listing asking to avoid this.
Overall, though, I thought the production team was great.
